MARCUS SLADDEN

I first discovered running as a means of releasing exam-related stress, and almost immediately fell in love with the world of endurance sports. Previously having represented my county, Suffolk, as a youth athlete, I have more recently qualified for the triathlon age group World Championships in Mexico (2015), and run my first Marathon (2:54 at Valencia Marathon in 2017). I hold an honours degree in Sport, Health & Exercise, I combine practical training experience with a great depth of knowledge, and enjoys sharing my experience with the running community.
